Welcome back Gunny we missed you!! We hammered out approx 5 miles at a good click and we actually produced SWEAT!!!!!! Toppy was feeling strong until Java showed up and he sighed!!!! Big Country brought up the rear but I hear he likes that! Monday Run Days are FUn it really lets us stretch it out!!! I hear toppy and solocup are getting tight!
