10 Mighty Men of Kannon and one troll met on the battlefield this morning. Grandmaster was coach, so we had 5 two-man teams. Kannon Cup Challenge with 1000 reps

Teams: Firechicken/Squid, The Burgh/Steel Cannon, Big Country/Sir Top’em Hat, Cupid/Risky Business, and Java/Troll aka Backdraft!

We all need to work on our form! Just saying! But great job and teamwork.

It went a little something like this: We started in Rooster’s Parking Lot. Each two-man team took two kitty litter bottles. Never let the kitty litter touch the ground. At the parking lot begin the challenge with 50 burpees (per team). Ran to the parking deck with the kitty litter. Each door (stairway door) was a pain station 12 stations with 80 reps per team (single count) each station up to the 6th floor where the flag was at

11. Standing Lunge

Java and Backdraft captured the Flag and took back to Mary via running down the parking deck.
