Weaving our way through the wet and windy hood
All The Dawg House BackblastsJanuary 28th, 2021
15 men didn’t dream about the snow that happened on the other end of the state, and decided not to sulk in their fartsack in disappointment. Honestly, I forgot it was my Q until late yesterday, as I was dreaming myself. Check the forecast, no rain, no snow, upper 30s, this is fine. What I didn’t count on was the wind. Driving from the house and all the flags flying signaled a breezy, low 30s wind chill type of morning. It’s ok though, all the trees and hills in the hood will help with that. Launched at 530 and we must have been going too fast with the wind at our back to feel it. The reverse bird with its increased number of hills kept us warm. Everyone put in between 4-6 miles with ruckers nearing 3 miles on Portos bird head. Work was done by all and all are better for it.
