Good group and effort this am with less chatter than normal as Catfish back on a plane. Dispersed group at the deck for social distancing and let each man run his own pace. Q will admit to being a little spooked by all the Covid hitting close to home…ain’t got time for that! Unanimous prayers for peaceful transition of power today and peace moving forward. So far so good! We are a great nation but still can do better! PSA on the Gremlin coming up soon. Strong coffee group and no need for heater this am.
For those there, I shared my intention to qualify for Team USA for the 2022 GS International Trophy and asked for F3 Concord’s help in pushing me on the physical training front. What is the GS Trophy? See link to learn what it is and a video from the 2020 competition in New Zealand. Its a BMW thing so the production value is high.
I’ve said it many time and told many people that F3 is a major force in my life on all fronts – Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. You all make me better…..every day.
Be the light, be the peace, be the greatness for our country and the world.
