0515 YHC finally shows after being MIA for 3 days.
0520 Cars start to come. Pax wobble in (aka Silas on his bike)
0525 Head-n-Shoulders and Mogwai run in after a quick mile pre-run (to show the rest of us up)
0528 YHC begins with a little stretching/Broga and gives a very lousy disclaimer
0530 We are off on a game of “Follow the Leader” (aka tour to nowhere)

I didn’t want to do the same old-same old today.  So, as I was planning In my mind the night before, the route felt like this:

Great morning for a run, even greater group showed up!  I was going to write a nice blurb about everyone who came today but, for the sake of time and for Delta’s impatience, I decided to just get it out the door.
