Moleskin:

  1. Eleven of Concord’s most elite Pax gathered at OCT on a chilly 30 degree morning to venture

to historic Webb Field for a classic Saturday morning beatdown. The six foot painted X’s and O’s left by others made for a convenient idea to build upon for our own F3 workout. Twenty different exercises corresponding to each correct socially distanced block made for a unique, yet effective beatdown. A few perilous frozen spots on the Greenway and bear crawls on frozen grass made grounds for lawsuit against the Q but none were taken! A total of 3.7 miles run and good combination of core, upper & lower body, and cardio exercises made everyone forget about the cold temperatures. The 1/8 inch of snow we all witnessed at coffeetime was reminder just how darn cold it really was!!  Constant chatter, corny jokes, and the opportunity to work out with our F3 brothers made for a good day!

  1. Congrats to Catfish’s son Alex getting married yesterday! Cat had to hurry home and get cleaned up for the big day. May God bless Alex and his new wife! Prayers were said for our country this coming week with the inauguration of a new President and the swift distribution and administration of Covid19 vaccine. Ready for herd immunity!
  2. Thanks for allowing me to lead today. Always a pleasure and thanks to all our Pax for being such a wonderful group of men!
