YHC had the Q for the cruise this glorious morning. YHC knew that we had done some speed workout the day before and the Dawgs were not wanting to hit the track. So in Honor of Hockey starting again last evening and the fact the an award is given every year Called The Rocket Richard Trophy named for Maurice “Rocket” Richard from the Montreal Canadiens for which YHC is named for( thanks F3Pharaoh). 9 runners took to the streets of Carolando for the Rocket Run and we had 5 ruckers do their thing in the gloom. Couple of the Dawgs got loose and didn’t finish their rockets correctly just watch out when you light the fuse. We knocked out 4-6 miles and are better for it.
