On a much warmer 37 degree morning in the gloom, six HIMs assembled unsuspectedly in the elementary school parking lot at Highlands for a very special Guest Q from YHC.  Everyone else was scared and fartsacked, which was not without reason as the PAX soon began to understand.  However, YHC was in a gifting mood, so today I gave the PAX some boobs.  Giant, massive boobs.  You’re welcome.  After the PAX fully indemnified YHC, the pain train commenced, primarily targeted the chest and went something like this…

• Mosey to Master’s Hill and stop at Langham Ct (that’s right, YHC likes to mix up the AO)
• Complete circuit 2x:
  • Langham Cul-de-sac – 25 Merkins
  • Langham Corner – 25 LBCs
  • McTaggart Corner – 25 LBCs
  • McTaggart Cul-de-sac – 25 Merkins
  • Complete the LBC corners on the way back to repeato in Langham Cul-de-sac
• Complete circuit 2x:
  • Langham Cul-de-sac – 15 Hand Release Merkins
  • Langham Corner – 15 Low Flutters
  • McTaggart Corner – 15 Low Flutters
  • McTaggart Cul-de-sac – 15 Hand Release Merkins
  • Complete the Low Flutter corners on the way back to repeato in Langham Cul-de-sac
• Mosey to Atwater Lane
  • Complete 5x Plankjacks at each Driveway on Atwater Lane and run back down Mantario Drive to repeato (2x)
  • Complete 5x Diamond Merkins at each Driveway on Atwater Lane until you reach the steps to freedom
• Mosey to elementary school parking lot for Mary
