R2 was under the weather, leaving The Illustrious Blip to fill in. He did his best, leading the HIMs on a mosey from the Tradition AO to The Precinct and back, stopping to do merkins, squats, burpees, and monkey humpers along the way. Once back at the AO more merkins were done along with some IT band exercises prior to Mary.
