13 Speed Demons came out this morning and while temperatures were low the PAX were moving!

 

Two options this morning as we cruised through the neighborhoods of Harrisburg.  8 took went for option 1 with the other 5 going for option 2.  Strava shows pretty much everyone got back to the town center with so much time to spare that they added on with nearly everyone getting roughly 5 miles (or more) in.

Super impressed with everyone this morning, you guys killed it.  Was a fast crew and everyone stepped their games up to push themselves.  Guess running the pitchfork all those times has paid off.  Special shoutout to Ivy League, good to see you back out again!

Announcements

• Mount Afton challenge this Saturday, be at the Wine Room for check-in around 7:30.  Parking is in the gravel lot across from it and Afton Pizza & Pub.
• Gremlin is Jan 30, Wexler has links up on Slack for getting involved, etc.
• Extinction Race still tentatively for Feb 20
• Prayers to all out there in need, these times are difficult for everyone, be an ally or helping hand .
