One the eve of NYE in Skybrook, five HIMs prepared to party in the golf club parking lot and celebrate YHC’s 38th birthday. Although it seems like just yesterday I was a young 35 year-old FNG, the F3 years have put many a beatdown in my life. So today was no exception. With a slightly extended disclaimer to cover the traveling HIM spying on us from Georgia, the pain train commenced, primarily targeted the chest and went something like this…
Warmarama
- 38 intended Side Straddle Hops (extensive mumble chatter from ManDown resulted in a skewed count)
- 12 Windmills
- 15 Mountain Climbers
- 15 Plank Jacks
- 15 Imperial Storm Troopers
The Thang
- Mosey to golf cart garage and complete Luigi Specials 3x (bear crawl + 8 dirty hookups + crawl bear + 8 donkey kicks)
- Mosey to top of parking lot by golf cart garage
- The circuit included running a full circle down the parking lot towards the driving range, but turning left to run up the golf cart path for Hole 1 which leads back to the top of the parking lot
- Three stations on the circuit: (1) top of parking lot, (2) triangle island on the cart path to Hole 1 and (3) bottom parking lot level on the main entrance
- First round included 3 circles with 8 Merkins at each station
- Second round included 3 reverse circles with 8 hand-release Merkins at each station
- Mosey to grab CTU blocks
- Each PAX takes two blocks- one block placed at each end of the small island closest to the club house
- Complete 3 circles with 19 bicep curls at one end of the island and 19 chess press at the other end
- Return blocks and mosey to Mary
