6 studly men and an old ornery man joined the QIC for a nice cool morning.

the thang – instructions given or in BD’s case (suggestions given). Run the hills off ridge Ave go to bottom and back up each street and the six would turn with the lead pack to keep everyone together.  Other chose to keep going down the hill and running alone. 2shits was not given by the QIC until our MQ made me turn around and pick up or go find the six. So we did. We found him alive and slow as always. But still moving.  More than we can say for most so we will give him that.

around 5-5.5 miles and hills for everyone so it was a good run day
