The Christmas season sparks some creative workouts as we prepare for one of the best holidays of the year, so how can we make a festive run? Could we do the bird and call it a partridge (we ran it last week disguised as left turns only), peak to peak as climbing the mountains to get your tree (may be a bit of a reach), how about some speedwork inspired by one of my favorite Christmas movies, the twig it is. Charlie Brown and his sickly little tree paired with Flipphone’s 800s makes a good you vs you challenge.

The Thang:
– 1 mile warmup
– The twig on repeat until 610
– Return to the kennel

Moleskin:
– Lots of hard work being put in today. Speed and strength were definitely gained as PRs abound.
– MASH fka Bob is quick and has given Yellowcake (and all of us) a new goal.
– Missing a few of our regular speedsters this morning, guess that’s what happens when Loveboat isn’t around.
