Everyone was to hard from putting the F out for an hour

Simple but effective was the name of the game this morning.  Catfish, Homeland and Tombstone lead the way this morning.  The group as a whole completed 4 rounds of exercises and 3 laps with the leader getting a few extra steps in. For those counting that’s 275 merkins, 225 WW2, and 400 low flutters and roughly 4 miles if you took the longer loop every time(which I believe everyone did).  I can’t say enough about this group and what it adds to it’s members life I’ve joined other groups and none compared to what we have here.
