It was a real cold morning and Q hates cold weather I would rather be in 100% humidity then dry cold air not fun. But oh well so here is how the winter party went.

then yac said time to stretch out our back they well be burning today. So we did some side stretching and arm circles. Then got out croutons or coupons. I did say coupons.then back to the parking lot. It’s everyone favorite MURDER BUNNIES. But ladder style. First round merkins and squats murder bunnies to the first line then murder bunny back. Well that lasted about 3 rounds then yac broke is coupon. Then next round @dutch boy broke his. So I modified last 5 rounds well run to the second line. Then the second ladder was low gliders with hands over head and mason twist with the block. We ran tell we got to 5 then back to murder bunnies. Not a good idea got third the way threw and down goes block 3. Yac is very sorry for breaking 2 blocks and when I get back from work I’ll replace 3 blocks.
