4 men earned extra dessert today.  With it being Thanksgiving Day, the Bird Run was the obvious choice.  It rained some, hence the “gravy”.  We even all agreed to do the stick portion first, because when it is saved until the end, we often lose the mental battle and avoid it.
Loveboat and Rerun led the way as usual.  Overdrive lived up to his name and not only completed his longest run ever, but also set a PR for 5k.
Great job guys.

I am truly thankful for F3, and especially the men that show up at the Dawghouse.  For me, it is so much more than making myself physically fit.  Posting at the Dawghouse sets my mental and emotional track for the rest of the day.  I can see a huge difference in myself on days I post vs days I fartsack.  Thank you men!
