MOLESKIN

I get it.  Sometimes Saturday beatdowns are the toughest.  That extra 15 minutes of movement is scary.  That cozy bed with no work looming overhead.  Maybe Friday night was a little too strong.  The brain easily fills with the sweetest lullabies whispering the softest sadness.  WELL NOT FOR 12 OF THE HARDEST, TOOTHPASTE-SQUEEZING MF’ERS IN THE TRI-COUNTY AREA THIS MORNING.

QIC wanted a go-at-your-own-pace workout, but also stay together as conversations and jokes flourish in group settings.  So small circuit, with steady switching to keep it fresh for 60 minutes. PAX gave maximum effort and minimal modifications.  All Tombstone wanted was coffee and doughnuts and amnesia for introducing the PAX to Mike Tyson’s.  MQ, Sir Spud, wanted a switch up with Prayers then name-o-rama so the QIC obliged.  Coffeeteria was well attended with Catifsh stretching it into his usual Saturday brunch.

We’ve got it so good…need to remind ourselves daily.
