7 men ready to start the week on a good note showed this morning with the Squid, ready to pound the pavement and drop some lbs. and sweat! Follow me, Hurdle and Red Oak I’ll tell you jokers when to turn! Go!

The Thang:

Run Day, Fun Day, that’s right Monday! Route is outer Dale Loop around to West D, right on West Ave through downtown, left back out to Dale Loop to BioTechnology Drive, then back to Mary. Rough 4.2 miles. Most of us got closer to 5 miles and some got 6 miles. Way to push today fellas. You all amaze me everyday!

Mary:

BYOC that’s right its the new normal. Bring a tumbler of coffee and a chair and let’s start a new tradition at The Mill!

Prayers:

Prayed for Sir Top’em and his contact to COVID-19. We know it will be negative Top’em and you will be back later this week. Prayed over all men of F3 and around that God would strengthen and encourage us to be leaders in our community, house, work, etc. God is good to us all brothers, look around at all that He has given you!

It was an honor to lead today!
