Lame BB alert… Only so I can get credit and catch @Barrister for the King Q

Four PAX for some good old fashioned calf-crushing, lung-busting track work

Mosey down to the school entrance and up that road that’s like Shelley Rd. but not Shelley. You know the one. Right on Ridge and pull into the pathway to the track. That’s a good enough warm up:
6 x 400m

Mosey back out to Ridge and right on Shelley, then into the parking lot to the bus shelter overhang. Pair up for a relay of DropCloth 200s x 4 each

Mosey back to the parking lot for COT
