7 men showed up for a run…little did they know we would run faster!

we ran the mile loop around the research plant and QIC found 2 areas to make sprint stations. 1 area from the corner by parking deck past the AO and the 2nd area by the ball field to the flags of honor at the field. This helped us all push a little and add a 2 sprint areas in our mile run to pick up our pace. Most guys got 5-5.3 miles in. That is more than usual!  Great job!

I did a 3 mile pre run and Chicken Strip and Red Oak were killing me!  Great push to see Squid, Burgh, Cupid and Big Country killing it and pushing really hard today!

it was an honor to lead today!
