7 mighty men of Kannon  joined yours truly on the glorious field of battle that we call Kannon! I had images of King Leonidas leading the 300 Spartans at “The Gates of Hell” at Thermopylae against the Persian Horde, however when 4 Respects showed first I felt more like the leader of yesterdays Heroes into space “The Expendables”, but Sir Top’em, Snowman, and Smackdown showed bringing the average age down considerably. I’m a professional, as always this is going to suck, adjust as necessary, and follow me.

Warmorama:

Ran to top of the Kannon AO Parking Deck to warm up, look at that view of Kannon, look at that sun rise! Side Straddle Hops, BSN, Windmill, and ISTs! Back down the ramps to Dale! Dale yeah! No Cupid not down the steps!

The Thang:

Dale yeah! In honor of Gunny retiring from being a full time Fireman, I created the Fire Drill! At the Dale Statue, start any exercise, however at any moment the Q can yell Fire Drill, upon the Fire Drill you hit the circle around Dale for an all out sprint of course trying to pass each other. Great experience for young and old alike! What’s that Backdraft you want to hit the Ballpark for steps…Dale yeah…off we go to the ballpark…Dale No.. it does not open till 0830 in the off season! Well let’s get some more upper body exercise (murkins, close grip murkins, and LBCs)..Now off to the inner circle of the Research Campus. Line up, lunge walk to the third tree, more murkins, now bunny hop! Dang Backdraft you have a pretty good hop! Next pair up, 200 Apollo Ohnos as a pair with sprints. I’m tired back to Mary!

Mary:

Let’s wrap this up 5 minutes early and head to Anvil’s house for coffee and smoked, sweet Bacon. Thank you Anvil for the hospitality!

Prayers:

Prayed over all men of F3 and around that God would strengthen and encourage us to be leaders in our community, house, work, etc. God is good to us all brothers, look around at all that He has given you! God has not given you a spirit of Fear, Depression, Anxiety, or Addiction! Think on the Good things of God and do not listen to the Theft that wants Kill, Steal and Destroy. I pray you all see this each and everyday!
