8 men full Hope for a great Friday and AWESOME week-end standing waiting on the Q! Where is he? Anybody? Anybody? Well hope he is okay! Who will take the Q! Squid, I’m a professional, this is going to suck, adjust as necessary, and follow me.

Warmorama:

Flag pole in front of City Hall: Side Straddle Hops, Hillbillies, BSN, Windmill, and Murkins!

The Thang:

Behind City Hall, two four man groups, one group doing the five exercises (LBCs, Squats, Murkins, Core Killers, and Dips) while the other group sprints the figure eight. Now let’s pair up, Risky/Burg, Red Oak/Big Country, Squid/Cue Ball, and Gunny/Sir Top’em, same five exercises and same figure eight but now let’s do it for a winner. Kannon Cup is back by decree of Squid on the last Friday of the month! Anybody know where the cups are at? If not I recommend a Red Solo Cup with an F3 sticker and date and Kannon written on it. Great mantle piece for all of your friends and wives to be jealous of! The winner or should I say wiener? Risky/ Burg Team, Second Gunny/Sir Top’em! I will get the cups to you!

Prayed over all men of F3 and around that God would strengthen and encourage us to be leaders in our community, house, work, etc. God is good to us all brothers, look around at all that He has given you! If you can not find the good around you, connect with an F3 brother and let’s help you out!

Coffee and Frank the Tank!

Pax: Risky, Squid, Sir Top’em, Cue Ball, and Gunny. Got to know Cue Ball better. Keep pushing Cue Ball it only gets better. Ignore Backdraft, he don’t love you if he don’t pick on you! Then we all met “Frank the Tank” and Risky heard what a string of bad decisions in your life leads to! A life of pain, misery, jail, stolen truck, and crack head girlfriends. I think David Alan Coe sang a song about it! Life Lesson…Don’t be like Frank the Tank, start making good decisions, before you run out of Academy Sports with stolen shoes…just ask one of us!
