Well, not just yet, but there are nine more Wednesday’s to go until Jolly Old St. Nick appears.  Fourteen men of Afton, arrived in the gloom for another comfy fall morning. In YHC’s opinion, the best workout weather season.  YHC gave the disclaimer and we were off for a mosey across the bridge and around the tennis courts and back to the parking log where we circled up for the warm-o-rama.

Warm-o-rama:

• SSHs (25 IC), Hillbillies (20 IC), Penny Pickers (15IC), Hairy Rockettes (10 IC), Windmills (5 IC)

The big thing:

The pax headed to the dumpsters to grab present from under the tree and across the street to the plaza parking lot for the giant cardboard Weinke.  An overview of how the routine goes was given and we were off.

• On the first day of Christmas, Santa gave to me, a burpee, followed by a lap in the lot.
• On the second day of Christmas, Santa gave to me, two air Arm Curls and a burpee, followed by a lap in the lot.
• On the third day of Christmas, Santa gave to me, three WWIIs, two air Arm Curls and a burpee, followed by a lap around the lot.
• On the fourth day of Christmas, Santa gave to me, four Broad Jumps, three WWIIs, two air Arm Curls and a burpee, followed by a lap in the lot.
• On the fifth day of Christmas, Santa gave to me, five Monkey Humpers, four Broad Jumps,  three WWIIs, two air Arm Curls and a burpee, followed by a lap in the lot.
• On the sixth day of Christmas…. well YHC doesn’t have time to type this out, so here’s the rest of the days:  12 air Skull Crushers , 11 Mountain Climbers, 10 Squats, 9 air Shoulder Presses, 8 LBCs, 7 Merkins, 6 air Bend Over Rows, 5 Monkey Humpers, 4 Broad Jumps, 3 WWIIs, 2 air Arm Curls and a burpee, with laps in the lot after each day.
• Those that finished the 12 days, continued in reverse until everybody completes the 12

We headed back to the park, put away our presents and gathered around the fire for a minute of abs and off we went for the rest of our day.
