10 showed up to expand their lungs this morning.  8 headed to the track 2 on the trail for a Ruck.  The Q intended to see some of the Orionid meteors as they peaked last night, however cloud cover prevented any sightings.  The goal on the track was to a series of sprints with recovery at different length intervals.  Hot Pak must have doubled the Q’s length.  Back to the parking lot for Namearama and prayers.  (Cream Cheese put hus in a hurry up offense to complete so we can be on our way)
