16 came out for a stroll through the neighborhoods of Harrisburg, unafraid of cooler temperatures.

The route is below, the speedsters got in 3 laps around the block of Ridge and Autumn while everyone got at least 1 in for roughly three miles.

Strong work today, 7 were out there early at 5:30.  Props to Flipphone for the extra credit while Gamma & Clueless went out early and then led a Warrior One post-run stretch.

Dr. Lecter is like many of this crew that seem to be getting faster every time out.  Great to see Breaker jumping in full force too and to Deadhead and Dick Tracy for getting some miles in while they battle back from the IR lists.

 

Pleasure and a privilege as always to lead.  Don’t forget starting next week, Monday through Friday will all start at 5:30 and there will be 6:30 options on Monday (repeat of the Circuit Breaker at town center) and Tuesday at Stallings Park.  Also November 14 the tentative next Harrisburg Race Day.  Details to come.
