10 PAX joined the QIC on this 76 degree foggy Morning with 99.9999999 percent humidity. The fog was thick as pea soup as the group carved a path through the gravy with “Old Glory” leading the way heading to the Veterans Memorial.

Announcements: T-Shirt order: If you have questions, bug Grandmaster
September 16th will be the 3rd year F3 anniversary for YHC. So I thought it would be appropriate to give it up to the one and only, true Number 3, “The man in black”, “The Intimidator”, Dale. Of course this being Kannon, there was controversy. For some reason during the “Backdraft Saturday Nights” (BSN’s, Picking up Change, what every you would like to call it), Grandmaster had a flash back to middle school football practice (in which he informed us last week he didn’t play), and started clapping. The clap was some what appropriate due to the exercise being named after Backdraft. This is where it got a little weird. Chicken Strip must be allergic to the clap because he was not at all happy with Grandmaster’s clap and he let him know that his clap could ruin their relationship. Grandmaster just kept going with the clap. Luckily the clap seemed to be isolated to Grandmaster. Backdraft and Chicken Strip thought the clap was highly contagious and was dangerous because it might cause an outbreak in the group. Most PAX did not catch on to the clap and used social distancing even when it reared it’s ugly head during the ab exercises. Moral of the story, if you are going to clap during an exercise, make sure everyone is on board with you clapping. If they aren’t it could cause an awkward situation. Yes that really happened. Even with the clap outbreak, I wouldn’t trade you guys for nothing.
As always it is an honor to lead.
