8 real F3 men who are not afraid of a little rain and storms showed up this morning.

The Thang: the plan was to run hills but we changed it up to stay close in the event it started to rain too hard or lightening got too bad. Made two loops around the 1 mile downtown area and then went to the parking deck. Perfect timing. Didn’t even make one lap around parking deck u til the bottom dropped out.  Just over 2 miles of running then we ran the steps to level 6 went to opposite stairwell and back down to start up to level 5 and repeat going down a level each time. Everyone finished with 5 minutes to spare with some stretching.

moleskin: QIC talked to Chicken strip the night before and he said he was coming in the morning. He wasn’t there by 530 so we took off!  After first lap we saw his car. But still no Strippie! We shouted each time around the loop as well as in the parking deck to get better echoes to no avail. Pour  Chicken Strip looked more like a soggy noodle when he arrived at the deck. He didn’t realize the change and tried to find us on the hills far from Mary!  Sorry about the Chicken Strip. Lesson of the day….arrive on time!
