A lightning storm did not dissuade 9 pax from an end of August celebration of the monthly #Murph at Tradition AO!

The #Murph Thang:

1 mile run

100 pull-ups

200 push-ups

300 air squats

1 mile run

The Moleskin:

1. 9 pax on in a monsoon?!  YHC loved every minute of it and was inspired by the men in attendance. #HIMs
2. @Vulture pushed the pace of each 1 mile run! #whereisyour12yearold? #stud
