6 Pax showed up this morning for some “stretchy-time.”

We walked down to the picnic pavilion and hit the play button on the tunes and was careful to watch “every breath we took” as we stretched and recovered our sore muscles. We spent some of our morning getting “comfortably numb” with the achy-ness we had in our hips and thighs. We were also very careful to not get ourselves “wrapped around our fingers” as we Cat-cowed and pigeoned. We ended our morning with some roller work and realized no matter how long we were “waiting on a friend” they had fart-sacked and missed the chance to recover and groove with us!

As always it was an honor to lead!
