The Valley Celebrates 5 Years of (Hating) Running

23 PAX (including some OGs) showed for miles and celebratory coffee and donuts (no I definitely didn’t eat 5 donuts why would you ask that) to celebrate our AO turning 5. Many HIM shared how the Valley has impacted their lives in big ways, including that it was originally started for the guys who hated running. Oh how the turntables.
As a relatively new and “young” guy (YHC has only been a Valley PAX since Thanksgiving of last year), it is always encouraging to see the legacy of F3. Saturday was no exception. In 5 years, no man has been left behind or left where they were found. That is by far my favorite part about F3, and I am thankful to our “forefathers” who established The Valley laid the foundation for what it is today. Iron Sharpens Iron.
