10 gentlemen crawled out of the fart sack for a Monday Runday.

Kannon always carries the flag even on runday. It gets a lot of attention as we run through the city.  Honks, yells and salutes!  It’s an honor to carry her as we run!

Today I went with a nice flat run around Kannapolis. Down through new downtown area, down Main St and back to run block and then around the outer loop by police station. Everyone logged about 4.5-5 miles.

Nice job fellas. It was a pleasure and honor to run with you today.
