11 pax and an FNG on a 70 degree foggy Saturday

Mosey around downtown to carolina courts for some bunny hops on the stairs.  Keep on moving toward the bum wash for warmup.

Warm up:

SSH
Circle merkins
Low flutter
V-ups
Repeat X 2

Mosey down to mugga at the first bridge for the first thang:

15 squats with calf raises
15 KGB-IC
Mosey up the greenway to the first curve
15 dry docks
15 Freddie merks-IC
Run back down and repeat X 4
Plank and wait for everyone to finish

Mosey up the post office stairs toward the new parking deck for the second thang:

At the top level:

15 dips
15 mountain climbers-IC
Bear crawl 3 parking spaces
Mosey up half a ramp to the top for fresh air, then back down and repeat X 4

Mosey to the old parking deck to the top level:

10 burpees
15 J-Lo’s IC called by Cat as a special treat for BCR

Moleskin:  good Saturday crowd to show the FNG how it’s done. I tried to keep it a low running day but an hour long workout keeps us moving. So without even trying we still did 3.3 per Cat’s watch. Whoops!

Sorry I led the mosey into a blind construction zone cross walk in front of the government center.  Quick audible to run back to the sidewalk and cross elsewhere, but I was pleasantly surprised to see barely anyone had crossed with me as 11 smarter men than me saw the danger before I did and didn’t cross. Whoops again!

Tombstone, all by himself, ruined a Dodge Charger parking deck early morning photo shoot. Not nice, Tombstone. That guy paid good money for another grown man to take pictures of his car. Leave them alone.

Hops went full El Al and did his own workout! Get well soon!

Coffee was long and well attended.
