1. YHC sent out the preblast warning….hills!?  Show to know. And hills it was.

10 men still made it out after the warning. It was a humid morning which made the hills that much tougher. Everyone pulled through and got some good miles in!  Everyone did over 4 miles and some got over 5! Nice work fellas!

Not much talking today. We still carry our flag during all workouts now and even on the runs. Still getting honks and hollers for it and that is motivation in itself.

It was an honor to lead today gentlemen!
