5 Pax showed up strong for a 0630 beatdown at the Highland Creek Golf Club parking lot this fine, sunny, humid summer morning. The 0530 crowd left quite a few puddles in the lot, so we chose our spot wisely. Today, we saw Rex Kwon Do (RKD) back in the mix, and YHC was honored to see the naming of former FNG Eddie with his new F3 name – Gumby. Good work!

Today’s beatdown is based on all 60’s, since I am 60 after all. PAX ended up doing 60 of each individual exercise, and added 9-60sec air jump ropes, 2-60sec Al Gores, and 2-60sec planks. After a solid disclaimer, the workout went something like this…

– It was sure a sweat-fest out there today. RKD left plenty behind, as he created a nice puddle wringing out his bandana.
– Today Brinkley named FNG Eddie with his new F3 name Gumby. Glad to see you back Gumby. The name came from much deliberation on Slack amongst PAX and his first name, Eddie… eventually landing on Eddie Murphy in SNL showing as Gumby.
– mumblechatter was light today, so I think I should have pushed harder… but I was so winded that I probably couldn’t have done it anyway… did you enjoy the extra merkins?
– great visiting with you men today afterwards… strong men!
