  1. 12 men and the Q rocked out in gloomy 5:30 heat in an ASEC parking lot.  Here’s what happened:

Warmup:

Snake through upper lots doing random leg movements to lot adjacent to rocks

Grab your favorite rock/block from the pile and head down to the lower lot for

Le Thang:

Speakerbox time:

One 2 point suicide and then check the whiteboard for the exercise that corresponds with the band playing at that time.  If you didn’t know the band, 10 manmakers was the punishment.  Bands and corresponding exercises were:

After completing the exercise, repeato, alternating suicide and exercise until time is called around 6:13 and drop rocks off at rock pile.

Mary:

No time

COT:

QIC prayed for our country and thanked God for the ability to witness a shirtless PR at a frequency only rivaled by Sarge/Nitro.

Moleskin:

YHC got 2.66 on the watch, Java logged 3.5+ miles, so everyone else was somewhere in between that. Maybe if Garmin gets it’s shit together we’ll have a better idea of the pain.  98% of the distance was suicides, it was an asskicker deluxe.  Throw in around 400-500 reps with a rock and it just added to the glory.  PR said it best, you know it’s a tough workout when the suicide feels like the break.  Homeland, FC, Tombstone, Java and PR all took their turns at the front, Hops battled through his sore achilles, although I hear suicides are great for a tight calf muscle, so you’re welcome.  Java got no break for being a toddler when the majority of these songs dropped and ate some manmakers.  Every pax who showed posted strong as hell, and when music blasts during the beatdown, those suicides don’t seem quite as bad.  The weighted v-ups still suck.

All 13 pax got to GWC and were joined by Psycho T where El Ab discussed his most exciting current case, a tale of fellatio, which is most definitely not the 4th F, despite Mayweather’s repeated attempts to mimic crimes against nature. Things got so graphic that Backdraft had to surreptitiously visit the unisex bathroom at GWC.  After the discussion that would never end, things finally landed on the stock market as they so often do.  Mornings like this are why I do F3.  Music or no, ain’t no way in hell I’m doing 20 suicides at 5:30 in the morning without the push.  Some workout warriors can hit that without the accountability, but we get up when we get up because of the push.  It’s that push that makes us leaders, so let’s keep leading.

AYE!
