25 Merkins

20 Lunges

25 plank jacks

25 Peter Parkers

25 Parker Peters

Bear Crawls back and forth with 5 Merkins at each side of the road X 4

Burpee Broad Jumps from one side to the other x 4

Monkey Humpers x 10 IC

25 Squats OYO

Apolo Ohno(speed skater) x 20 OYO
