11 men showed up for a sticky and sweaty Monday. The QIC promised a faster day. Was worried he ran a few folks off but had a great showing

The Thang: we ran!  Kept it flat but everyone got at least 4.5 miles. Everyone was encouraged to pick up their pace but even QIC was feeling it hard core 35 minutes in and had to walk. The humidity this run day was no joke. Still everyone pushed through and did some great running.

prayers: praise that Chicken Strips brother moved successfully!
