5 PAX and 1 FNG posted on another humid morning at the lake.
The PAX had some trouble being in cadence during WARMARAMA and evidently some took offense to being challenged to stay in cadence and follow the Q.
This is F3. We press on and the this is what we did:

5 burpees, 10 lunge each leg, 15 imperial walker, 20 merkins, 25 plank jacks, 30 squats. Rinse and repeat as needed. Can be done to cross a field or lot.
All pax to do this around clubhouse loop. When finished with squats, plank until all PAX finish the round. Repeato

Naming of FNG (Damien) as “Lincoln Log” (he’s an architect). YHC’s offering was shot down once again. Affirmation that Febreeze should not be allowed to name anyone (wanted a differed name because the FNG “liked it”)
Prayers for Febreeze and his family over the passing of his brother.
Prayers for the teachers having to potentially return to schools in the fall and potential exposure. Prayers for wisdom for those making these decisions.
