Ping-Pong
All Highlands BackblastsJuly 3rd, 2020
In the cool gloom of Independence Day Eve, seven lucky HIMs gathered in the golf club parking lot. After a long week of tough beatdowns (Chicken Foot + the Vern), YHC decided to cap off the week with one more. That’s right….nothing says ‘Merica like a good old fashioned game of Ping-Pong which went something like this….
Warmarama
- Mosey toward back of clubhouse for Warmarama
- 20 Side Straddle Hops
- 12 Windmills
- 15 IST
- 15 Mountain Climbers
- 12 Plank Jacks
- 12 Toy Soldiers
The Thang
- Mosey towards Central Park and complete 5 burpees at Burpee Corner.
- Gather at the starting point which is inbetween two small streets that both have cul-de-sac
- Each round of Ping-Pong was played by running to the cul-de-sac, completing the exercise and then running to the other cul-de-sac and completing the exercise…back-and-forth…ping-and-pong…
- Round One – 20 Merkins in each ‘sac…x2
- Round Two – 20 Carolina Dry Docks in each ‘sac….x2
- Round Three – 20 LBCs in first ‘sac and 10 WWIIs in second ‘sac….x3
- Round Four – 10 Hand Release Merkins (aka the Grinder Merkin) in each ‘sac….x2
- Mosey back up to parking lot for Mary
Mary
- 15 Low Flutters
- 10 Mexican Twist (in honor of July 4th)
Moleskin
- Good work PAX – I’m told we got 3.0 miles of running in with all the beatdowns.
- We live in the greatest country in the world thanks to the men and women who sacrificed their lives for us to enjoy the Freedom and Independence that we have today. Let’s put things into context and perspective this weekend as we stop to humble ourselves and recognize how truly BLESSED we are to live in this country. God Bless America!!!!
Wishing you all the best of recoveries,
GREEK
