WHATS IN A NAME… NAME GAME 2

All BackBlasts Backblasts

July 2nd, 2020 By Randy Gajewski

Well somehow my day came up again in the month for a beatdown at Pain elementary . I decided to go to the ol faithful “Name Game” but this time part 2.

First I mentioned how somehow Silas was missing and that I am no way possible a professional and then we started a mosey around the school. We stopped a few times for the traditional warm ups as follows:

20 grandpa jacks

20 cotton pickers

20 imperial walkers

20 windmills

20 SSH (whats a warm up without the ol SSH?)

After the stretches we gathered in the center of the parking lot and I gave out the rules (and sheets of paper with exercises) and they were as follows :

Take each letter of your F3 name and do the appropriate exercise X20 and then run a lap around the track. Once you arrived back at the center of track, you had to do the F3 name of the brother to your right and so on. The sheet of paper had each letter of the alphabet with a exercise next to it. If you had an O in your name (Othello, Booyah), your shoulders did not like you the next day and if you had a B or U (chum, gusto and booyah) in your name, you most likely got sick of burpees. Other than that , it was a walk in the park

It is always a great time playing the name game and always a pleasure leading such a great group of men
