17 persons gathered at OCT with the Q to see about a beatdown. 70 with humidity on full blast.  Sweaty balls for all.

Warm up

• Quick mosey to CESI smooooooth parking lot.
• SSH x 25
• IST x 10
• Loose change x 10
• ARM CIRCLES
• Mosey to bottom of new deck for

Dat Thang

Start with one exercise at every level of the deck going up to the top.  Descend down stairwell once you hit level 5. Next time up, take the exercise(s) from the lowest level with you to the next level up.  On the 5th time up, you should run all the way up the level 5 and do all 5 exercises at the top. Levels went like so:

1. Burpees x 10
2. Carolina Dry Docks x 20
3. LBCs x 30 (single count)
4. Squats x 20
5. Core Killers x 10

Time called at approximately 6:10 when YHC finished the circuit, as it is all about the Q. Mosey back to the AO.

Mary

No time as the Q attempted to instigate a plank until all pax returned and was largely rebuffed.

Prayers said for Ashley dealing with her family’s cancer diagnosis and the realities of a battle facing her family, as well as Yeti who returns to the AFA today, but must quarantine on the way in. Lord’s Prayer in unison, always says it better than YHC can.

Moleskin

Solid crew, 18 strong including yours truly.  Great to see such numbers.  The Q tested this beatdown on a sample crew during the off the books times, and it appeared to deliver.  The leaders of the pack finished the circuit and got an extra round in. YHC finished the circuit, most got at least 4 full rounds in and it was a gasser along with the humidity. 50 burpees, 50 core killers among the exercises and 2+ miles mostly uphill is a solid one.

Glad to see Mighty Mouse back in action running along side his fellow PrinciPAL Skinner, someone get Mr. Mouse some ratchet straps.  Bozeman continuing to post strong and work hard, after 3 weeks, improvement is already evident.  Ran primarily with TP today, what a beast, and discussed dump trailers with Mountie and bright shirts with Neverland (When YHC thinks police, YHC thinks of Mountie, who is a righteous bro and indicative of what good policing is all about).  Cat, FC, Tombstone, PR were leading the pack as per normal, even though FC was definitely mad because I had 18 Pax to his 17 yesterday and I’m getting this BB out before he gets his out.  Great to see Hip bring Running Eagle out as well. I could tell it was a strong beatdown when I saw the quintet of BCR, Mayweather, Tick, Indy, and WHAM sullenly sauntering back to the AO as we finished up, everyone brought it today.

It’s always a better day when it starts with F3.  Let’s get this work.
