11 PAX posted on a glorious Saturday morning for another beatdown at the hands of YHC

Diaclaimer given and Warmarama attempted BUT…we had a few PAX that couldn’t seem to get into cadence.  After two false starts and the onset of some mumblechatter, YHC slammed the beatdown into full gear.

Mosey to monkey jumper island for MC’s and Groiners, mosey to first side street for low dolly, mosey to playground at Chewies place for:

pair up, runner is time running uphill to the stop sign and back to the playground.  Alternate Pull Ups, Step Ups and Swerkins until both PAX have run three times and done all three exercises.

Mosey to Hairy Toddler: Partner 1 does peoples chair while partner two runs around the building to the courtyard and does 10 dips and 10 derkins on the benches.  Flapjack.  Second round of the same but replace people’s chair with BTTW.  T-claps to Hot Wheel for being the only PAX to hold BTTW for the entire rotation.

Mosey to parking lot for partner suicides: partner 1 does LBC while partner two goes to first island and back.  Flapjack and partner one goes to first island and back.  Flapjack till each partner runs to all three islands.

Mosey to back or stores for shopping cart races.  One PAX pushing, one PAX at the side to ensure no tippage and one in the cart.  Race to opposite corner of building and switch out one PAX.  Continue until all PAX got in the saddle.  2 rounds of this mayhem.

Mosey all the way back to the shovel flag with pain stations along the way.
