This was my first Q in a while and what a better way to dish out the pain than for a whole hour with Catfish as  my partner and an FNG about to spew the beloved merlot throughout the entire workout.

Here’s how it went down:

Mosey from OCT.  As we moseyed we passed El Ab driving up Spring St and in the process El Ab hit Popeye… I repeat El Ab hit Popeye with the mirror of his SUV!  Popeye may have had a little to do with this conspiracy but we will just stick to the facts.
All PAX turned around to pick up the very late 6 and continued on to the old deck where we sorted out the hit and run and proceeded to COP

COP:

Side straddle hops 20 IC

Windmills 20 IC

Arm Circles

Mt Climbers 20 IC

That Thang:

Partner up

Partner 1 runs up the ramp from level 3 to level 4 and down the steps back to level 3 while partner 2 does an exercise of shared reps by both partners and then they switch.
Exercises were as follows at first parking deck: 100 merkins, 100 LBC’s IC, 100 air squats

Mosey to beautiful new parking deck for repeato with 100 Carolina dry docks, 100 Freddy Mercs IC, and 100 lunges while other partner runs up the top ramp to the steps and back down to 4th level.

Mosey to Carolina Courts for the grand finale.  Partner 1 runs up the steps and down the ramp while partner 2 starts 100 burpees and then switch. This one was extremely popular.

Good to have FNG Jason Bradley this morning.  I remember my first few workouts and I couldn’t even get back to the AO without wanting to spew.  His hard work will pay off after about a month like many other PAX before him…let the naming wars on Slack begin!  El Ab really did think he ran over Popeye and after he realized he was not at fault, wanted to hit him again.  Good times.  Catfish is still in beast mode after working out 6 days a week for the last 12 weeks.    Dude is fit.  Thanks again for letting me lead.  Always a pleasure.  You guys make me strong.
