All BackBlasts Backblasts

June 18th, 2020 By Randy Gajewski

We had the opportunity to spend some quality time during a wet misty morning at Pain Elementary, but first the lousy disclaimer as I am truly NOT a professional.

Then we took a short mosey and stopped about every 25 yards to do the following:

Grandpa jacks IC X 20

cotton pickers IC X 20

Imperial walkers IC X 20

SSH IC X 20

Being I don`t like to run we went to the center of the parking lot and started the Thang:

YHC showed up at 445 am to set up the play ground . We had 5 playstations

1)  curls with 30 lb kettlebells X 20

2) Battle ropes/shoulder burner with 2nch firehose wrapped around a tree 20x

3) huge tractor tire to be hit with 20lb sledge hammer or 20lb mace 20 X

4) dips on back of my pickup tailgate 20X

5) 100ft. of 4inch firehose (complements of my favorite firefighter (my son)) laid out waiting to be pulled/dragged approx. 300 feet down the parking lot. I call the hose “The Humbler” because it will definitely Humble you when you drag it.

we started with teams of 2 and did each station until time was over. starting in the middle of parking lot each team ran to a station and completed the 20X and then had to run backwards to the center again. Each time a team came to the center, 20 air squats were required.

It is always a great time leading such a great group of men.
