Great turnout on a dismal morning.  We didn’t dodge anything, especially not the weather  Actually I’ve grown to enjoy and embrace the nasty weather days….something very F3 about them!  Great chatter today.  Lots of talk about catfish’s lawnmower dealership.Glad Java survived the morning….dude was running full tilt with fogged up glasses.  Not a good combo.  So glad to be back to full workouts.  A must-have these days for the head space with all the crazy in the world. Remember, F3 is about being a leader and a leader leads by word and deed. If we truly mean we “leave no man where we find them” that means at work, at church , at a workout or on the street…and it means ALL men. We must demand that those that lead us as a city, state and country are in fact leading…not hiding…during hard times.  This is not a political statement but a leadership statement.  The days of “the Buck stops here” are a past memory.  Responsibility seems to always be someone’s  problem. Fix it where you can!

On lighter, awesome group at coffee time with El Ab and Psycho T making an appearance after their exclusive twosome beatdown.

Be the light, be the leader.
