10 men enjoyed the Mint Hill sauna this morning. We left Brighton Park and headed for Wilgrove Park for at total of about 4.5 miles.  Started out with nice conversation pace but didn’t take long for for Othello to pull the new runner Pudge into his vortex.
Enjoyed having FNG Josh/Joshua out for the first time. Welcome to Charlotte and welcome to F3 Mint Hill
