4 pax showed up on a beautiful morning for a lap around the neighborhood. With stops along the way for exercises and lots of great conversations about the protests over George Floyds death, police brutality, racism and how we as a nation can and should try to move forward. Nothing was solved of course, but hopefully conversations like this can move us as individuals in the right direction.
