5 others pax joined the QIC for a glorious 57 degree morning at the best AO around…Kannon.
It’s Monday runday….It’s what we do. No talking, no questions, no bull….just run! And this morning we cranked it up a notch!
at 530 am QIC said let’s go and we shout out of the Kannon! Running 5+ miles under a 9 minutes pass for 45 minutes straight! Well done gentlemen! I had to run faster to keep up with Hurdle as he is probably the fastest in our group! Ahhhh, to be in my 20’s again! Who am I kidding, In my 20’s I was not in the shape I am today thanks to F3 and these awesome guys that hold me accountable.
Not much chatter today since we were running quick. Firechicken was a little tired and stayed with some guys in the six. Not sure what they talked about. Wheezy, is still trying hard! Backdraft still has more smack talk than he has exercise abilities and Risky is just too young to put down at this time! Hurdle and I discussed the race and how young Chase Elliott out drove his abilities…..probably some instacart or door dash talking too as we all need extra money right now!
After all was said and done 45 minutes and over 5 miles. Great work!
