WARMARAMA;

A Native America Run took the PAX down the the parking lot, up the hill and down towards the lower lot past the baseball fields with the following exercises…

• SSH
• IST
• Cotton Picker
• Toy Soldier
• Downward Dog

Riot Run to the rocks for…

THE THANG:

With a rock the PAX completed a set of 10 of

• Full Curl
• Lower Curl
• Upper Curl
• Hold Halfway

Tried to mosey to the picnic shelter between the fields, but YHC hasn’t posted on a Saturday in a while and was unaware of the fence that was installed last year.  So the PAX was redirected towards the picnic shelter past the playground tucked away in the woods.

Stopped briefly in the parking lot for some leg work that consisted of a set of 10 of

• Squat
• Jump Squat
• Lower Half Pulse Squat
• Hold Squat down

Moseyed on to the nestled picnic shelter and interrupted was appeared to be an herbal smoke break for a gentleman.  He elected not to join us for a set of 10 of the following

• Dip
• Incline Merkin
• Decline Merkin
• Hold halfway down

Moseyed back to the lot for a set of 10 to engage the abs

• The Squirm
• LBC
• The W
• Hold at the top of The W

Back to the rocks and completed a cycle of all the above exercises for a sets of 15 and then 20.

After sets of 20 the PAX returned to the rock for 100 bent over rows as each man took a turn to count off 10 reps.  Rock returned and a Native American Run began back up the hill to the cars included

• Lunge Walk
• Wide Leg Stretch center
• Wide Leg Stretch right
• Wide Leg Stretch left
• Quad Stretch left and right at the rail during a pause in the run
• Reverse Crunch with run reinstated
• Box Cutter
• Pretzel Crunch right
• Pretzel Crunch Bernie (left)

COT and BOM!

The Smokey Moleskin:

1. Great work today PAX!  The forecast called for 100% humidity at 7a and the sweat was real.
2. Welcome FNG Cray, now officially @Crayola!  Thanks to @Dropcloth for bring him out.  The young man showed heart and even challenged his ride to a sprint.
3. The port-a-john was well placed for @Sandbag who had to pull an Elvis missing the second set of curls.  He said he left it smelling better than he found it, which makes YHC not hungry until about Tuesday.
4. As we made our way back for COT, @Juice was found doing work on his own.  They say who you are when no one is look is the real you.  Let it be said that @Juice is the real deal!  Good job.
5. Back to the picnic shelter.  It appears the PAX crashed a private partaking of the leaf party at the shelter in the woods.  The gentleman was not happy to see us and probably even more bothered we came back to his shelter of solitude multiple times.  Even though he was smoking a cigarette when we “rolled” up, the sweet smell was still in the air.  And it was surprising how the thick air held on to smell for a little second hand action for the PAX.
6. Remember to pray for our country and it’s leaders as we walk this season of multiple issues in our land.  Remember @DutchBoy as well as he is in the hospital for some post surgery complications.  Nothing life threatening, but a hospital stay is never what you want and especially during this pandemic.
