Mosey down the Harris Teeter Parking Lot stopping along the way for little bit of pain stations. Once we were at the parking lot we did a sets of the following by doing one exercise at the top of the parking lot and the other exercise at the bottom of the parking lot:

25 Merkins run to the bottom and do 25 Plank Jacks (repeat 4xs)

10 Burpees at the top and 15 Star jumps at the bottom ( repeat 2xs)

25 WW 2 sit-ups at the top and 25 Dying cockroaches at the bottom.
